You will determine your degree of participation. You may choose to engage deeply or to quietly observe. Your integration will happen in a manner that is comfortable to you. All present will strengthen their ability to feel, own, and let go of the unwanted. We have fun exploring, allowing and realizing that many of the ideas we hold onto, suffer from, and accept as absolute truth... can be released and replaced by an experience of choice.
