Please join Holly and your companion Allowers as we come together to deepen our understanding and practice of Catch & Release. We will practice on real life situations, using Catch & Release to clear obstacles, increase trust and honor ourselves and others with kindness. 

The group energy creates a special environment where discovery and releasing become second nature. Come play and take what you learn into everyday life!
